Based on the skills levels of the students in the class, the class will adapt to a slower or faster pace. Our goal is to teach proper technique, build self-esteem and confidence, and empower the boxer.
Introductory Class
(8 Week)
Our Introductory class is perfect for everyone who wants to try a new sport. In this class we teach the basics fundamentals of boxing, while cultivating an environment of inclusion, empowerment, fun, focus, balance and improving motor skills (gear is provided)

Beginners' Class
(Monthly Membership)
The beginning class goals are to build the foundation for a proficient in techniques of proper stance, placement of hands for defense while performing the Jab and Cross. Athlete will work on punching technique and combination on heavy bags. (Gear available for rental or purchase)

Intermediate Class
(Monthly Membership)
The intermediate class will fundamentally build on the basic training, while introducing more complex variations and combinations of handwork. In addition to introducing front foot pivot and approaching from different angles. Athlete will work on punching technique and combination on heavy bags. (Gear available for rental or purchase)

Advanced Class
(Monthly Membership)
Reinforcing previously taught complex combinations, while stressing the importance of circling away from opponent’s power hand. Introduction of how to catch punches with pads while only throwing a jab and cross only. Stressing the importance of holding pads. Athlete will work on punching technique and combination on heavy bags. (Gear available for rental or purchase)
